Located in the Oxfordshire Valleys, but working Internationally, we combine English

country heritage, a keen eye for quality and sourcing honest food for real people.

MEET THE CHEF

JAXON KEEDWELL

As Chef Patron, Jaxon has an impressive

career and been passionate about fine

cuisine all his life.

 

From training at the Savoy, governed by

the Academy of Culinary Arts Specialised Chef

Scheme, to Chef Saucier at The Dorchester,

Chef Garde-Manger at The Lanesborough,

private chef to Sir Paul Getty at the Wormsley

Estate and most recently Head Chef of The

Glasshouse Restaurant at The Grove,

his standards speak for themselves.

 

He has achieved The Academy of Culinary Arts,

Awards of Excellence and is now a member of the judging panel developing Britain's culinary

future. During his time as Private Chef, he

achieved the prestigious title of 'American

Express Young Chef of the Year'.

 

Jaxon is uncompromising in his belief that every

event should deliver a complete experience in

terms of providing show-stopping and

mouth-watering food, together with the element

of theatre, to create unique occasions that will

never be forgotten.  This is exactly why he

created Valley Events.

 

LOCATIONS AND VENUES

We partner with various venues and locations throughout the UK to ensure your event is

designed specifically to your needs. From home gardens to country estates and riverside

marquees, we will manage the entire package on your behalf. And if you have an idea

in mind, let us know, we'd be happy to bring it to life.

Dear Jaxon,

 

A HUGE, HUGE thank you from all of us!!

The food you cooked was absolutely brilliant from sumptuous canapes (described by several guests as 'best ever'), to gorgeous starter

selection (hummus absolutely yummy). Then to top that - the chicken,

Alex's 95 year old granny - a woman who does NOT mince her words described it as the tastiest piece of chicken she had ever eaten!!!

(That's an accolade! And then more - 'the most fabulous wedding

she had ever attended!!!).

 

The pavlova/dessert was genius, first spectacular and then utterly

delicious. Wow! You, Ed and Gail are a magnificent team and made

the wedding party the hugely successful event that it was - despite the dreadful weather. It was all completely brilliant.

Good Morning Jaxon,

 

I hope you are ok this morning, we are all feeling a little jaded today!

 

Very many thanks to you and all of your team for the great refreshments yesterday, the food looked and tasted fantastic you pitched it just right.

We had lots of comments yesterday and more calls and emails this

morning saying how much people enjoyed both the day and their lunch.

 

In the past we have done a lot of the catering ourselves, which never

leaves much time to talk to the farmers, we found it eased the pressure

for us yesterday. All our directors thought the day was fantastic and our

best ever, the food counts for a lot of that.

 

Thanks again, if we have another do in the same area,

I will be in touch again.
